Only drawback I ordered a 'Primavera ' pizza which is supposed to consist of cherry tomatoes, basil and mozzarella cheese. For some reason I didn 't get the basil. When I asked what happened to the basil, the waitress brought me fresh basil to toss on my pizza. The funny thing was my wife ordered the same and she got the basil on her pizza cooked, Lol.
PerBacco, beyond the excellently cozy atmosphere and the fine service, succeeds in offering a fantastic range of dishes that marry tradition and innovation in a triumph of flavour. Living in Rome, I keep coming back to this place over and over again, to carry on the exploration of this ever-surprising menu. I strongly recommend any of the starters (mouthwatering to say the least before diving fork-first into a first course like spaghetti with butter, anchovies and pecorino cream, or a classic carbonara enriched with a veil of truffle. :
We’ve eaten here twice this week as the restaurant is walking distance of our hotel. Both visits we’ve had great food and the service has been fantastic. The house wine at 8€/L is exceptional value. Will definitely re-visit if we find ourselves in the area again.
Cena di famiglia per la prima volta in questo ristorante. siamo stati accolti da un personale molto gentile. la camera è arredata in modo molto accogliente e di classe. abbiamo mangiato pesce come entrée (fritto di merluzzo, fritto, pepe di musella) e siamo stati veramente soddisfatti. delizioso e originale anche il primo e la pizza (leggera ma gustosa). soprattutto siamo stati sorpresi i dolci! torneremo sicuramente!
Bella pizzeria del quartiere. pizza alta e bassa. entrambi direi gustoso e con condimenti creativi/reali. il posto durante la settimana non è molto affollato e quindi è buono per lo spazio. ha tavoli all'aperto. servizio efficiente
