Ripoff ordering system. We ordered the family meal delivery online on Christmas eve, only half of the order was delivered. tried to contact the customer service, the auto reply only offered to give points to redeem for sides or $4.29 partial refunds. which was 1/10 of total price paid. Tried escalated to agents, the system the only generate a ticket and won't get back to you after 2-3 days.
While eager to enjoy our meal, we found the initial service at this location challenging. Despite being the first customers, the doors opened 15 minutes late, and we waited 30 minutes for our order.
I love popeyes but from my personal experience, this is the worst I've been to.. The service was very slow even for a Sunday lunchtime.. food was indifferent, staff disinterested, atmosphere was very bad, everyone annoyed at the wait for their food. Restroom filthy...
Welcome to popeyes one of the most clean popeyes in all bay area ??Where the owner does not care about hygiene, if the floor its like that i dont want to imagine where customers cant see, in the back in the kitchen its very clean ???
