Le Routier - Saint-Faustin-Lac-Carre

The food is average to say the least. But the service is even worse. When you get there you quickly become aware that this is a awkward combination of a truck stop & fast food. You don't get seated you have to go to the counter read the menu and place your order on the spot. Then the fun starts try to find a table that's not full of dirty dishes then wait for 15 minutes for your order. There was a guy sleeping at the counter where you place your order ( drunk or Stoned ). It wasn't even 1 pm. Do yourself a favour and drive 10 minutes more and stop in Ste Agathe or Mont Tremblant.

We came back from our cottage and stopped for lunch and as usual it is the best pizza that they serve

After returning home from our family tour on the east coast, we stopped by this nice restaurant for breakfast. The staff was friendly and bilingual, and we enjoyed a good breakfast at reasonable prices. There was also a store attached where we could grab some snacks for the road.
