Villa Coco - Saint-Georges-d'Oléron

We had an outstanding lunch here on spec. A real find. Excellent flavours presentation and service and great value. Great beach close by as well. Worth the trip.

If you want a little something different in Oleron then Villa Coco is the place to be. They serve a great D-I-Y bœuf tartare but for me the bœuf or poisson (tuna) Thai is amazing. Delicious Thai flavours of coriander, lemongrass and ginger make this dish to die for. The service is phenomenal, an amazing team of super friendly, super efficient girls led by the incredible owner, Shirley and an awesome bartender mixing the best mojitos on the island. The ambience is chilled at first and if you want to party the DJ hits all the beats after dark. I just love this place and could eat and play here all day, everyday.

Super location, sublime exterior decor! Friendly and smiling staff. The dishes are very good and of quality, and even copied.

If you have to go to the island of Oleron, this place is a must. Unloading is guaranteed. The decor is great. I loved her. I stopped taking a coffee, but it seems that the restoration part is not bad at all.
