Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónMy issue is fairy trivial however I am tired of the repeated taking of my money and treating me like I 'm entitled when I expect what I pay for:I have ordered wings here around 10 times and 910 have had issues.They seem to covet the peppercorn ranch as if its a hyper valuable commodity that cannot be shared.I will order 22 wings online and every time except 2 I have added and paid additional for 3 peppercorn ranch to go with my wings.Every single time they either will* Not give you any Ranch* Give you 1 RanchIf you then ask for the additional ranch that you paid for they will give you a dirty look as if you are asking for the world. Then proceed to give you 1 more ranch. (Note I paid for 3 and still only receive 2)As well I tried to order today over the phone and request additional ranch just to be told oh you don 't need to do that their included with the order just to have none be included in the orderAgain it may seem trivial but I am willing to pay to enjoy my food the way I want, but even if I do, I don 't get what I request.Then when you go to leave a review on their review system it says Sorry, we are unable to continue the survey based on the information you provided. Don 't order from here unless you understand that you likely will not get what you ask for.
(We ordered carryout, just for context) Food was decent, as Pizza Hut often is very tasty, but we ordered double maple bacon and red onions on a personal pan pizza, and received virtually no toppings, the bacon we did receive was not even maple, AND the pizza had basically no sauce. Also, our cookie we ordered was not sliced, the salad we ordered did not come with a fork, and we received no receipt. Long story short, we don't have problems with Pizza Hut as a whole, but this experience with this specific store, was quite poor, and we were very dissatisfied.
Staff messes up simple clear requests. They lose orders, added chicken to a dish that didn’t even have chicken in it and when I expressly told them I didn’t want any. Every time out of the 3 times I’ve been there they have managed to mess up simple orders by being either idiotic or not able to take simple instructions. Big no from me and not coming back.
Average food pizza ok,the deap dish is good,the price is good on the buffet,good for bring the kids.
Staff clearly doesn’t communicate. Called and the manager or whoever said with my half and half pizza I could get the two different appropriate sauces and to just call after placing the online deal, then we get a call and get a new lady two minutes later after placing the order telling us she can’t (more like wont) do the two different sauces, even after telling her we were JUST told it was fine. Most idiotic staff ever.
