Horrible. Got served cold coffee twice when I ordered it hot. Was ignored by employee as they giggled amonst themselves. No customer service.

i once had an employee ask "how i was doing" before taking my order, at this location; while shopping for a wedding ring for my Now-wife pretty normal

I am not at all sure why all of the reviews on this Dunkin are actually reviewing the mall itself.

I had a really great experience here.
