Dunkin' - Salisbury

The worst drive thru "customer service "I 've ever had here. I pulled up to the window, she didn 't say a word to me. She handed me my food order. I said thank you...she didn 't respond, then handed me my drink order. I said thank you, she didn 't respond.She turned and walked away. I was so mad that I almost parked to go in the store to get my money back. If it wasn 't for having 2toddlers in pajamas and in carseats, I would have. How does Dunkin hire people that treat customers like this? Betterquestion...how is she still working there, treating people like that!? If she hates her job, she needs to find another 1. I 'dlike the manager to tell me, because I 'm a regular there, and refuse to have such rudeness given to me there again.

Honestly, this Dunkin' was pretty disappointing. They messed up our straightforward donut order, which is surprising considering we just typed it in on a screen. The inside of the place was decent, but there was no customer service interaction at all.

The food quality was disappointing, especially since the donuts were cold on the inside. The drive-thru was busy and backed up, and it seemed like the restaurant was understaffed with only three employees working when they really needed at least five.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff was unhelpful, and my mobile order was never processed. They claimed their ovens were out of service, and I ended up not receiving a refund. I live in Charlotte and was just passing through, so it was frustrating to pay for something I didn’t get. When I called to resolve the issue, they told me I would have to travel to Salisbury to get my refund if I wanted it. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

I'm a frequent visitor at DD, and I can't say enough good things about the staff and my favorite large mocha iced coffee. It’s always top-notch, and I’m always welcomed with a warm smile. Whenever I've had a problem, it has been addressed right away, without any fuss or annoyance. I truly appreciate my DD and the team on East Innes Street!
