Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónRaised and born in Vermont and having spent a lot of time in New York City I know a good bagel. The bagel project delivers over and over again.I’ve literally never left a review on Google and this is the place that deserves it. Everything here starts with the bagel, which is perfectly done, but they do not stop there. The toppings, sandwiches and specialty items are not to be taken lightly. Can’t wait to continue going here as often as possible.
Really cute place, but I absolutely recommend ordering ahead for pickup. It's a small location, and the line can be quite long inside. Although it is absolutely worth the wait, ordering ahead for pickup guarantees you can get what you want. This is important information since they close once they are sold out.I'll absolutely be returning!
I love the Bagel Project, which is why I have been a weekly customer for the last three years. I always buy a bag of bulk bagels to take home so I can enjoy one each morning for my breakfast. For about the last year or so, I have noticed each batch of bagels can be hit or miss. Sometimes, the bagels are perfectly baked as a bagel should be. Other times (and more frequent recently), the bagels can be over-baked causing it to be too hard and can feel like chewing beef jerky. The bulk bagels I bought yesterday were the most over-baked and hard/tough I’ve seen thus far from the Bagel Project.I am posting this review because I have noticed the quality of these bagels going downhill more often. I fully intend to continue supporting the Bagel Project, but I hope this issue can be resolved.
Great tasting bagels and they come out pretty quickly. But fairly expensive food and no indoor seating. Come in if you're grabbing something to-go or the weather is nice so you can eat outside.
The flavors at the bagel project are five star caliber! The only thing detracting from this spot is it 's location. I am a big Bialy fan and have yet to find a spot in Utah that does it right, except for the bagel project. The staff are nice and great, but this business is clearly a small/local business so they never have more than 2 employees on site (at least every time I 've eaten here) so as a result if there 's a line you could be waiting a little bit, which usually wouldn 't be a big deal but the bagel project doesn 't have any seating inside. I did however see they added 4, 2 seater tables outside which is great and new since the last time I visited. Also parking is rough here so you may not luck out with a parking spot and will need to park a block away.Overall the bagels are perfect, traditional east coast bagels. I got the egg bacon cheese sandwich and added the works (pesto, tomatoes, arugula, and red onions). This pretty much tastes identical to a bialy from New York! If you are a foodie or just a bagel junkie you have to give this place a try.Just a heads up, they bake bagels fresh every morning only! They close early whenever they sell out (which happens often) so I recommend coming as close to opening especially if you are trying to get this on a weekend.
