Contribuir a la retroalimentación30. January 2023. I can say immediately as soon as my wife and I answered that it was mistaken to come to this place. But I didn't want to go back to the car and through the city to the usual place they and I go to. There was hardly any pizza on the line, there was no pasta. All salad fixings and sides were mixed awfully in other bowls. No cutlery, no plastic where you can find unless you went up and asked. As far as the personnel mostly management seems to be very good, we say they did not want to be disturbed. Pizza was extremely dry and raw. CiCi's Pizza in the last five six years have taken away things that the customer has lived for over 30 years. The minimum you can do is make sure that the pizzas are hot and fresh and cook all the way. The only people I really saw in the effort were an attempt to cook the pizza. And the guy who pushes the car to clean the tables. Don't think I'm back here.
Honestly, I really just want my time and money back for this experience. That's the least I can do. In short, I can't have a pig. I asked the staff if they had any alternatives to pork and the guy said, "I'm gonna get something out for you!" He gave me a small number of Summer. It turned out 35 minutes later after I approached to ask if the specially made pizza comes out, well. turns out that he just gave me the summer to shut me down. I know that because I asked the manager and she claimed she did not document tickets for -non pork alternative special pizzas. It seems that this place offers only those who can have pork products. Otherwise, I guess I should stay clear. I've eaten a lot of cheese.
If you are a person who likes pizza and happens to have smaller people with you, then this place is my friends where you need to be. I took my 5 and 2 years old here for the first time (I myself was in this place many times, believe me) and after paying for our lunch, sprinted them to the buffet with Delirium. We hunked at a table near the arcade and after inhaling a few slices, ran them and sat at the games. I gave them no money to play the games, yet they played in this arcade for about 45 minutes and made friends with the other children who came in. They would appear from time to time to take a bite, spill their drink or run to the buffet and pray for a slice of brownie pizza. They had such a good time that when we were in the car, moving away in the parking lot, my 2 years old asked if we could go back. You've been talking about it for two weeks. Very recommended.
I like Cicis Pizza, but I tried another location and was extremely disappointed. The food was so tasteless. And the cheese bread had penetrated as in oil... ..can't even eat it or I wanted it). We make REALLY GOOD pizza at home, but we were in the area and decided to give it a try. No, never again, at least not the one at UTSA.
Had a great experience here at this location. Food was great and service was great. Definitely recommend this location if you are in the area or just want to check it out. Has a nice little arcade for those who want to game before or after eating.Kid-friendliness: Has a nice little arcade for the kiddos to go play in.Parking: Restaurant is located in a shopping center. So on certain days parking lot can be packed.Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps that lead up the sidewalk.
