Ramen is ok but a bit salty. I'm not excited about the lack of sweetness either. Not on my favorite list of ramen places.
Tonkotsu ramen here was very tasty! Broth and chashu were on point. Chashu was soft and noodles had good firmness, but not too firm. 10 out of 10 recommend.
