Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI'm a sushi lover, but I feel like I've finally found a hidden gem in the Bay Area. This restaurant is owned by Japanese and chefs are Japanese too. Maybe that's why the amount of rice on the roll was just right and it was amazing. foods were so fresh and delicious. Also, I felt like I was sitting in a restaurant in Japan. Kirin Draft Beer they serve was really the best beer with creamy form.
This was a hidden gem for me! Rice was almost perfectly cooked and seasoned. Sashimi was very fresh and the other dishes were delectable! So glad to discover Sushi Mania!
We dined at Sushi Mania tonight. A very quaint yet unassuming restaurant in a strip mall at the corner of Ross Brahman in San Jose. We were seated right away and got a really nice window table which had a nice view to boot. Since this was our first time dining here we ordered the sashimi deluxe assorted platter, a California roll and a rainbow roll To keep it simple and play it safe. Everything came out one at a time taking a little longer than we anticipated, but clearly worth the wait. All three dishes were packed with flavor and very well presented. One very intriguing part of the meal was the ginger. Almost every sushi restaurant has the exact same ginger, some just a tab different than others. The ginger at Sushi Mania might just be the the best I've ever had. Small detail but says a lot about the place. I Definitely recommend Sushi Mania and we will visit to try more of their menu.
Another togo dinner from this Japanese restaurant. We ordered hamachi bento box dinner and kimba roll . There were lots of people waiting for the togo dinner , and I agreed their bento box dinner are pretty good in reasonable price . However, the roll was kind of small so I may suggest everyone for bento dinner only
We were just craving Japanese food and found this in a ran down mall around the block. It was a family owned business with friendly owners. We were surprised the price is comparably reasonable looking at all the price jacked up everywhere. We ordered a bento box to go with a rainbow row. The bento box has abundant food, definitely worth the price as it comes with soup, salad, and sashimi on the side. The roll is a bit tiny but ok overall. It is a good place for regular dinner to go.
