$15 for a bowl of pho with scarce amount of noodles and meat. It's cash only, and there is a fee to use their ATM inside. They don't even provide water anymore...

Don't let the photo fool you! #9 is not worth $15! The shrimp tasted as if it was stored in the freezer for years. The wontons were very hard and did not taste...
