RUDE! Out of ingredients for my drink and the barista was down right rude about. Unapologetic and take it or leave it attitude.
I used to go to this Starbucks all the time during college. I always place a mobile order or go to the drive-through with no problem. However, as of recently I was charged for the wrong order I only ordered a strawberry, Açaí lemonade, Venti. That's all I ordered. And the girl through the window didn't tell me the total. She just scanned my Starbucks rewards app. And she said why white mocha Frappuccino... I was like that's not what I ordered. Turns out she charge me for the wrong order. she didn't even asked if I wanted a refund for the wrong order that she scanned for. I ended up calling the management and they were so understanding they gave me a full refund of my $11 so I'm grateful. However I don't see myself coming back to this location if I really need my Starbucks fix. If you want good quality drinks and friendly staff I recommend to go to the Starbucks in target. One of the girls actually knows me by name. She's extremely sweet.
Ordered hot chocolate mocha and hot chocolate but instead got HOT MILK for both. Starbucks, bruh tf y'all doing?! Y'all suck ass. I paid via Doordash and it was $20 for this ****. I could've drank my wife's breastmilk instead of this piece of ****.
Do not order a frappuccino here. every time I have ordered my last 3 times, it is all watery and melted as if it sits there for one, that was through the drive thru.
