I've heard some upscale restaurants do that sometimes, but never have I come across a small sidewalk cafe do that.To the Management: I understand your restaurant is in an expensive area, but customers shouldn't be forced into paying an enforced 18% fee. Your prices on the menu are high enough as it is.
One of the best pho restaurants I have ever been to. I tried the spring rolls for the first time this visit and was shocked at how refreshing they were. I usually get the pho with beef balls and rare steak, the broth is very savory. This is a crowd pleaser restaurant and I would recommend it.
Avoid this place! Not sure how they manage to have 4.6 stars. Service is terrible. Two servers that seem to have zero idea what they are doing. Bring water with no cups, pho and no toppings, soups and no spoons. You have to flag them down for everything or get it yourself. They got our order wrong even after repeating it several times. If the food were any good I would be willing to overlook this, but it's not. Pho had 3 small pieces of beef. Noodles were hard. On top of this there is an included service charge of 18% for literally the worst service I have had in a long time.
Great local spot a little pricy but appreciative of the 18% service fee rather than tipping
Dropped in for an early supper. Place was super busy had a nice relaxing vibe. Staff were friendly. Food was excellent. Decent price too.
