I ordered a $70 cookie bouquet as a gift. The cookies were dry and stale. I replied to their survey expressing dissatisfaction and someone who manages complaints called me stating that she would contact the Schaumburg location's owner and have them get back to me. It's been almost 2 weeks and I have not heard back.

I was surprising my daughter by having cookies delivered to her work. I did not realize that since COVID, her work does not allow these type of deliveries. The Schaumburg people, took it upon themselves to deliver the cookies to her home after work without even telling me. What great service and special attention! My daughter’s birthday was extra special!

Easy to order and delivered when expected. Only thing was, I was not notified they were delivered but the recipient sent me a thank you text so I know she got them.
