It was expensive, but, cheaper and better quality than what they... on the plane. The quality was good. I was very happy with the filling, the fresh bread and delicious pastries. To be fair, it would probably have been about 3/4s of the price if I had bought things at the station in the city. And it turns out that the café on the other side of security is even more expensive. Overall a typical airport thing.
Wife asked for ice and the server just tutted at her, glared at her and told her the price of the meal. Didn't even answer the question. Zero ambiance, loud air con, rude staff, no please or thank you. Avoid and see the much nicer...staff at the Irish bar or burger king. Poor way to spend the time before your flight.
Ok, this is probably not Marché ´s fault but still. I went to Marché Bistro in Terminal D, the Ryanair terminal. Whilst there were signs everywhere, not to get seated if you were not buying anything, there was absolutely no socket. Not even one! In...the whole terminal. Please correct me if you find one. This airport is a nightmare for a business traveller. Though, again, it is probably not their fault, they have been waiting for years for the new Berlin airport to be opened. Judging by the holes that they have drilled in the panels of the high tables, they might be planning something (see my picture). But for when?
This airport and bistro is terrible! there is a bistro with limited possibilities! the relais closes early and when it was opened, it was ridiculously overpriced! when they fly off this airport, they bring snacks, eat and entertainment! it's a murderer!
Total scandal. some reviews said they were gluten-free. this is not true, or at least some of their employees say they don't. when you look at the menu, it is very overpriced even for airport standards. my wife has celiac, but I don't, so I tried her to eat. it is very poor and boiled. avoid, avoid.
