They definitely dont listen to what your ordering. All they want to do is pump you out.

DO NOT USE YOUR CARD HERE!!! The lady that checked us out said my VISA gift card couldn’t be used because it was too close the balance, so my husband used his debit card. I had just got the gift card for as a Christmas gift and checked the balance before we went in. Later that night purchases were made on my husband’s debit card. Today I went to use my gift card to find out that it was used for the exact amount of the balance. My gift card and my debit card numbers were stolen!!!UPDATE: After emailing customer support with the information they asked for, the franchise owner reached out to me, but only to tell me that all of my cards were returned to me. The physical cards weren’t stolen, but the numbers were stolen and used. No acknowledgment or apology. He didn’t really seem to care. Corporate Bubbakoo’s issued a gift card for our trouble to be used online at any location.

This is my second time trying when they 1st opened on Colerain I stopped it was ok. This last time I stopped it was delicious. I definitely will be going back....

The food is always great! Staff is very friendly if you are ever in the area it’s a great place to check
