Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThis place has been on my list for a while now. I finally got an opportunity to try it out. First of all, the location of this shop is amazing, you get a great view of the water from here.I got the sipping chocolate. The staff is very nice and friendly here. There is a good amount of seating as well.Although the sipping chocolate was great, it’s not the best I have tried and that’s why I took a star off. But I am excited to try their hot chocolate next time I go.My friend got a mocha and she loved it.Would highly recommend this place.
All chocolate is dairy free! And this cappuccino is one of the best I've had (decaf, oat milk, vanilla).
Stopped by and enjoyed a superb lemon bar and a sea salt truffle. I enjoyed being able to sit and take a load off. We also enjoyed a chat with the very friendly owner. This will become a regular stop during my visits to Pike’s Market.
It's too bad that anyone would go to such levels to destroy perfectly good cacao beans. The product at Indie is terrible. Poorly reciped and poorly prepared. I've studied chocolate making in Belgium and Switzerland. I think these guys got there chocolate training in southern Indiana. NOT WORTH A STOP.The owner replied to my post. Long explanation for poor recipes, ingredients and prep procedures. Additionally, her geographic knowledge is worse than her chocolate skills. I'm very happy making my factual posts to protect consumers, without prejudice.SORRY ERIN. STILL NOT WORTH A STOP.
Destination Hot Chocolate. This is the best hot chocolate in Seattle. They make their chocolate from bean to bar and it's fantastic. You can also get a toasted marshmallow on your hot chocolate today we got vanilla (they also had mole and chai).
