Scoozi Pizza Pasta - Sefton

Terrible! !! Pizza cold.pasta blant cold and old.nobody understand my order.servis very disappointing.never going back there.i wasted my money.

Looked to get a online order. The option for 2 x14 inch pizzas plus garlic bread doesn’t give any option to select which pizzas. We tried to select pizzas and then choose offer... doesn’t work. Rang the number for the shop to order on got shouted at that he was to busy to deal with the phone and just order everything online and then he put the phone down on me. NEVER AGAiN. We have ordered from them for many years in both Southport and Ormskirk. They have moved to Eastbank Street and it’s gone down hill.

Ordered chicken romana pasta and received wrong order when I phoned to explain I received wrong dish I was spoken to in a Very hostile manor. The pasta is a white cream sauce with bacon and no chicken. Had to order elsewhere as I’m lactose intolerant and can’t have cream. Garlic bread was very nice :

Well i ordered a Pollo Picante Pizza online for collection and it said 20mins which i thought was great. I arrived 2 mins early and was told just a couple more minutes, it was 4 mins in fact lol the man was so apologetic for being 2 mins late when no need to. The Pizza was absolutely delicious and I’ll be heading back very soon, so thank you and kind regards Tim

I ordered a meal deal, garlic bread, two pasta dishes and large drink. Garlic bread cold, pasta far too creamy and was missing the main ingredients, chicken and pine nuts. Called and spoke to the manager explained the problem his reply was, he was busy had no staff and it wasn't his problem. He refused to replace or refund the meal. Dreadful food and customer service. Give this place a miss, pay more money and get a decent pizza from Domino's.
