Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe hotel is set in a beautiful setting with lovely gardens and pools. The rooms are very nicely decorated. They provided a lovely breakfast and excellent health spa. Recommended going underground into the cave for good breathing therapy. There are also numerous good restaurants to enjoy in the area. Service: 4
A shame, the worst spa I've been to. It looks like a dirty public swimming pool, without a wellness path and with two cold outdoor pools... They don't even offer you a coffee. And whatever you ask for more you pay a lot.
My stay at Grotta Giusti was absolutely phenomenal! From the impeccable service to the warm and friendly staff, the delicious food, stunning rooms, and breathtaking gardens, it seems like every aspect of your experience was truly extraordinary. The abundance of activities, including the picturesque pool and delightful café, adds to the allure of this magnificent property. And let's not forget about the exceptional wellness center, offering a diverse range of treatments and therapies. Grotta Giusti is a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a truly amazing retreat.
There is no questioning the beauty of the cave, one of a kind and probably for its benefits, but with terrible management, maintenance, cleanliness and very unprofessional staff behaviour. In some parts of the cave, even dangerous areas and generally ridiculous rules. After 12 times inside, and as an expert in these environments, in Italy and abroad, I can easily write that it is not an environment of relaxation, but of stress and anxiety, where the staff continually calls you back, at various times to don 't make you stay long by breaking e.g. the benefits as soon as you leave the cave; like, underneath, the shower, to make room for other people, inside the changing rooms because according to them they 've already been inside for too long, saying; must come out among other things very ugly and where you can hear voices and everything else of those nearby, herbal tea shop practically always empty as you can see from the photo, absurdly without herbal teas and water not his fault the employee replies.. and where you can 't stay more than 5 minutes.... So, all sweaty and wet you have to leave, walking along very long corridors, stairs and elevator, before arriving at the very ugly dressing rooms without shower and waste bin, and then as written above , 10 min max, get dressed and leave!!! And again; Booking errors at reception, .....or, one walks in the labyrinthine corridors and; Excuse me, where are you going? Treated as if customers were silly children So unfortunately, a place to be absolutely avoided, also due to the costs. But is there a Director, a direction, a person in charge?
The cave is very beautiful for relaxing. I go there every year for pain treatments and I leave feeling rejuvenated. The staff is very kind and always available. Service: 5 Location: 5
