Great first visit, food quality was quite good, presentation was good and came out rather quickly but we were not pressured to get out of there in a hurry. A great new addition to Jax food science which was much needed.

Food was very good, service was also good. Huge issue with a table for two being charged 20% gratuity at the end of the meal. Gratuity should be under the consideration of the customer, Not mandated by the restaurant. That is not your choice as the restaurant to decide, it is solely the customer's choice as to how much or even if they want to leave a tip. This is a terrible business practice and should be removed immediately.

The service was not the best for adding an automatic gratuity of 20%, maybe that's why. The atmosphere was super cute and the deck had the cutest pink tree. Food was served to order and one of us was left waiting for our food longer than anticipated. We had other waiters from other tars picking up empty plates and relaying messages to our server, they were nice.

Fantastic rolls, the Aburi Sake roll was great. Best old fashioned lived had in a while too. Our entrees of Black Tiger Prawn and Sea Bass were perfect. Michael was a great server as well with great knowledge on both the food and drink. Will be going back.
