The Scoop - Shelburne

Ice cream is okay not extraordinary, but enjoyable. The staff don’t seem to be very happy though they were not friendly and were rushing us and the couple in front of us through as though it was closing, but it was only 7pm and they close at 8:30. They also didn’t give us a full 2nd scoop when we ordered 2 scoops(as seen in the photo) but charged us for it. Not an ideal experience but ice cream was mediocre.

Decent ice cream but waffle cone was mushy and they didn't offer to do anything about it. Servers could be more personable.

Good maple creemee, with subtle flavor; gluten-free cones available. Helpful staff at the Archie’s Grill right next door (who answers the phone)

Came here for creemees and ice cream. The maple had no flavor. The regular ice cream was ok. They have some non dairy options which were fine. The black raspberry creemee had the best flavor. Located in Shelburne Commons.
