The Flame Broiler - Sherman Oaks

I really love this restaurant. Even though I'm not a huge fan of teriyaki sauce, the top-notch ingredients make it stand out. I always order my bowls with hot sauce and they are fantastic.

A friendly, healthy Korean rice bowl style counter service restaurant. Servings are generous, suprisingly good and cooked to order. The delicious vegan bowl contains charbroiled tofu, crisp veggies, brown rice, and is lightly topped with teriyaki sauce. The bowl is also available with Kobe beef or skinless chicken breast meat. Fresh chives and avocado may be added. All proteins are charbroiled. Brown rice or polished (white) rice are interchangeable. Two hot sauces and a Teriyaki sweet sauce are offered. Wheelchair accessible including a gender neutral bathroom requiring a security code, which is printed on your cash register receipt. Easy, free wheelchair accessible parking in two lots. A short tunnel connects.

Ok food, down side is the hispanic lady cashier has a big mouth and bad attitud making bad comments about me with the cook in the kitchen, after i place my order, i asked her why i got overcharge for broccoli, when i asked her to substitute the rice for more broccoli, she was telling the cook that should go get and shut my mouth and just pay and stop been dramatic and if i didn 't like it i should go somewhere else , i guess this ignorant low IQ with the ridiculous name of MILAGRITO she doesn 't care about people 's business, what an idiot, instead of talking bad behind customers back she should get to work and clean the tables because they were all dirty, i won 't return to this location or recomend at all

Great customer service very friendly I ordered chicken dish chicken was very dry and cold extremely disappointed

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The beef and chicken dishes I ordered were burned and dry. I paid $32 for food that was not up to par. The only redeeming factor was the rice. I do not plan on returning.
