Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónOn July 8, 2006, around 4:00 p.m., I purchased several slices of pizza for my family, from Villa Pizza, all of which was room temperature at best. I stated to the server that I would like my pizza placed in the oven so that I could eat them hot, as they advertise. The server's response was extremely rude and totally out of context. I then asked for a refund because I did not approve of his response, and I was denied. The server, A non-English speaking, Hispanic, male with dark/heavy eyebrows said that he was the boss and the owner; I knew otherwise, and insisted on a refund and he denied a refund and he and the other illegals began talking in Spanish. I understood everything they said; due to the fact I have two years of advanced Spanish. I was very displeased with my visit, due to the fact I was forced to take horrible customer service and pay for it. This is America; it's not supposed to be this way. One would think that a paying customer, who frequents this business, would deserve better. I pay taxes and have fought for this country, and to be treated like a second class citizen by a crew of illegal aliens who work at this establishment, is unsatisfactory. I know the employees are illegal due to their poor command of the English language. I believe it is detrimental to your profit to hire rude and non-English speaking individuals.
