Portillo's Hot Dogs - side

Don’t bother yourself to order a curbside couple time I ordered from this location,always late more than 20 min from time,food is cold as and 1 time is give me the wrong item so i need to wait again 30 min for new order.

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, Italian beef sandwich, and a large order of fries and thought everything was just okay. The service here was the worst part though. I placed a order online for pickup and did not receive my order until almost half an hour after the pickup time I selected. So I was stuck waiting there for a while. Brought my wife here for the first time! She loved the Italian beef with cheddar and can't wait to come back. I had the Chicago dogs because when in Rome, right?

Yyyuuummm this was first time here and thr hotdogs were great.

Ordered food, burgers were cold and dry, hot dogs were cold. they had no chocolate cake, ordered cheese with fries paid for it didn't get it.
