Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónService was just about ok. Hard to get attention and grab bill. Took 3 attempts. Food was very poor. Not freshly cooked, over priced and cold.
The food itself wasn’t necessarily bad it was the shocking service! When waitress came over she just stood there with wide eyes staring as if to say ‘yes!! What do you want!’ When we did order my son wanted a plain burger and she sighed deeply shaking her head cos we were obviously being a nuisance!! When food did come the chicken burger was pink when I pointed it out to the waitress she said ‘why did you want it WELL DONE!’ I replied you can’t eat pink chicken! 4 of the staff stood around the burger and looking at the burger and us disappointingly! I wanted to leave so bad and was absolutely fuming by how the waitress was treating us. We were very polite and quiet and didn’t look for anything out of her convenience. I’ll never set foot in there again. They really need to take a look at there staff’s attitude cos she clearly has notions
Really good service. Food allergies all catered for. Good menu filter for allergies and staff were really good and attentive to needs
Chicken burger was so dry so my son couldn't eat without kechap. All of our dishes were cold and I ordered grain salad but only tiny amount of grain in it. Over price.
One bite of the signature Burger Wondertree spoke for itself. The patty was cold and well done I don 't wanna know how many minutes/hours the burger has been prepared before it was served to me. The bun was also cold and dry. I complained about it, the waitress took it away and brought the same burger back after 5 minutes. They put it in the microwave. I asked if they were serious 18 pounds for an old microwaved burger? After that they brought me a new one, also well done, also microwaved I guess, but at least the patty was warmer than that of the first one. I don 't recommend eating there, because it was the worst burger I 've ever eaten.
