Mcdonald's - Smyrna

Get down! I was looking for a quick meal at 2:30. Near 5 o'clock, I go to the speaker and the man informs me that they?re no longer orders without explanation. Sir, it's 2:30. Why don't you order? Is everything from Pommes or something?

Half of my order is wrong. No frits with two meals. No drinks until I asked for them and then no straws. Is there any training? A broken mop handle could be better. And these people want elevators? LMAO! I can't wait for robots to make our food.

The staff is extremely careless. A Big Mac and a Mac chicken were missing in my last order. Make sure to check it carefully after you pick up!!!

This place was my way when in a hurry, especially in the Am. But it's getting worse lately. Forgetful seems normal. To forget meat on a sandwich is completely unacceptable. This can be the first time I ever got a Big Mac with a dump. If I had gone so far, I would have gone back, but I had things to do. Get it together or send your people to Chick fil la school.

This is the new modern format McDonald's. Not customer friendly. And if your coupon does not have bar code the whole system breaks down. Do not like it at all.
