The worst place ever. The service is inferior, and it seems the crew does not understand the product/food they are offering. I often order a takeout pizza only once they get it right. To make it easier for everybody. I started bringing a printout of the picture of the pizza I wanted. Still, they do not get it right. Even you point it out in the menu. If only there will be another decent pizza in town, perhaps a pizza hut. I will never go back to this place. Most of the time, it takes 30-45 minutes to wait for takeout, and it will be the wrong one. You have to wait again!!!

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your Shakeys store in Sogod, Southern Leyte. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention. Upon my arrival at the store, I was excited to satisfy my craving for your delicious food. I was promptly seated at one of your comfortable tables and entertained by your staff. I placed my order and paid for it immediately. However, when I was handed my change and went to use the restroom, I returned to find someone had already taken my seat without any prior consent or notice. I felt disrespected and disappointed that the staff had allowed someone to take my seat without first asking me or informing me of the situation. I was then led to a new seat, but the experience had already left a bad taste in my mouth. Furthermore, when I requested to cancel my order due to the unpleasant experience, I was refused by your staff. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, this was not my experience at your Shakeys store. I hope that this was an isolated incident and that you will take appropriate steps to ensure that your staff are properly trained in customer service and that this will not happen again in the future. Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint. I hope that you will take appropriate action to address this matter and improve your service.
