Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI would give no stars. Staff clearly are dumb and uneducated as they can't read an order. How do you miss half an order. And it's not the first time. How about you train your staff to understand how to pack an order
We have had numerous deliveries from this restaurant in the past that have had missing or incorrect items, so we had stopped ordering from them. However, today we decided to take a chance and order again. Unfortunately, our low expectations were met when the Chicken Selects we ordered were substituted with Chicken Nuggets, which are cheaper and less tasty. In addition, a dip was missing from our order. While this may seem like a minor issue on its own, it has become a common occurrence every time we order from them. We have even attempted to check our orders in person before leaving, but the last time we did that, we received someone else's drinks and an entire meal was missing. It is puzzling how the restaurant consistently fails to correctly fulfill such a simple task of providing customers with the items they ordered.
Service and food and frappe was terrible. Couldn't believe how terrible the service was. Suprised this Mc Donald is still opened. Needs new management or closed altogether. Wouldent recommend this to anyone.
Whilst waiting for my order, one of the kitchen staff was having some kind of tantrum and throwing empty boxes across the kitchen, while one of her colleagues was doubled up laughing. Then the same woman served my fries with two of her fingers unhygienically inserted into the box. I couldn 't resist asking whether it was normal for staff to throw things across the kitchen and she looked at me with utter disgust, much to the amusement of her colleague. And to add insult to injury, she replied, Yeah, that 's normal. Suffice to say I won 't be going back.
I have been a patron of this restaurant for nearly twenty years, and while the food is of a decent quality comparable to McDonald's, the drive-thru service has greatly declined in the past year. There have been instances where I have been ignored at the ordering point for over ten minutes, while other cars were being served at the other speaker. On another occasion, I ordered chicken nuggets with curry sauce, only to realize as I was about to drive off that there was no sauce included in the bag. When I asked the crew member at the window for my sauces, she informed me that they had run out of curry sauce and did not bother to inform me or offer an alternative. This lack of communication and poor customer service is disappointing, so I would recommend checking your order before leaving to avoid any similar mishaps.
