Cumberland Farms - Somersworth

On January 6, 2021, I believe I discovered my new favorite Cumberland Farms. It is conveniently located just three miles from exit 9 on Route 16. The store is well-stocked and the staff are all wearing masks. I was pleased to see that the coffee urns were all full at 2:30 pm and the coffee was delicious. While the restroom was clean, I did notice that one faucet was not working and the soap dispenser was also out of order. However, overall, the store was very clean and well-managed.

I believe that the Cumberland Farms in Somersworth is much superior to the one in Berwick, Maine. I make the effort to travel there every morning because the staff is always friendly and the coffee is excellent. However, I am disappointed that they have not been open at night on three separate occasions without any prior notification. They really need to improve their night shift.

Austin, the staff member, provides exceptional customer service! He should be given a raise and promoted to a manager position. He truly understands how to take care of customers and should be recognized for his hard work.
