Starbucks - son

The lady let me hold up the line for im not kidding 10 minutes at 7AM I would've been so annoyed if I were her and I swear I was not trying to be annoying I just never go to Starbucks and had no idea what I wanted. Then she recommended a drink to me after letting me tell her what I didn't want which again was amazing of her, THEN my card doesn't work so she gave me the drink FOR FREE! I am in awe of how amazingly she handled all that! Not to mention the drink is amazing!

One of the worst in store Starbucks...Rose is always so curt with everyone. Absolutely zero customer service skills. No smile. No customary greeting. She was rude to two customers in front of me today, and by the time I got up there was no exception. She told me I couldn 't redeem points here nor, could she give me points for my purchase smh, although, there 's an entire sign dedicated to redeem rewards here. And when pointed out, she denied it. Then, upon picking up my son 's earth day cake pop, she had the nerve to toss it on the counter to where it almost fell to the ground. She then muttered something like oops and picked it back up then tried again by scooting it to me across the countertop. Anywho, she 's always rude and grumpy and I 'll be damned if I 'm paying for starbucks when the points aren 't applied and I can 't even get it served with a smile.

Staffs were nice and their cashier is friendly. Good coffee and frappe.
