We've eaten here before, and this time we stopped on the way to Germany for lunch. we had luck because they served delicious cream butter quash soup that we restored with a large salat. the Alsace salate (emmental cheese plus cervelas) is also very delicious here. the service was great, and it was the perfect lunch break. eating and service are always consistently good here, as are the bière pression. everything tastes!
We enjoyed the Alsatian meal from sour herb and smoked pork and we had a delicious sprout from them. we recommend this place very,
Where should I start? as the ceramic shops of soufflenheim began to close on a rugged day, we noticed the locals from apparently everywhere arriving at a restaurant on the corner. in the hope for a light lunch we enter into a wonderland of Alsace, which is of magnificent aromen. is served by sour wort and choucroute in the large ceramic dishes. the environment and the decoration reminded us of our pennsylvania German roots. joy everywhere! the wobbly soup and quiche lorraine were divine. what more you can say.
We stopped for dinner 18:00 hour and not too busy yet. The previous posts are accurate so only wanted to add that they do have a smaller menu in English. The many pictures posted here are worthy. We enjoyed the new wine also.
