Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe visited a cafe before going shopping. The brunch menu was limited but we enjoyed good quality toasties and a variety of pastries and muffins. The coffee was decent but not the best. The cafe was generally clean and the staff were pleasant and efficient. There were a few tables outside for customers with dogs.
Everything was great at the restaurant, except the new young lady who poured the coffee up to the brim without leaving any space for milk. She needs to understand that we need room for it. On the other hand, the older lady who works there is excellent.
I frequent the Waitrose Cafe in Chipping Sodbury and I must say, they have amazing staff and serve delicious teas, coffees, and cakes. I would recommend doing your shopping first and then stopping by for a tasty drink and snack.
THANK YOU SO MUCH to the Waitrose in Chipping Sodbury ’First Aide’ team, as well as the Cafe Staff for their professionalism, helpfulness and kindness. Visited as a companion with a client, who had a minor medical incident. This was pointed out by another visitor in the Cafe while I fetched the drinks. It was sorted out in no time. NOTHING was too much trouble for Waitrose, PPE was worn. We left with new free socks and a complimentary bunch of flowers. Our neighbouring table, who unfortunately had to witness the scenario were also given free cakes. Despite it all we enjoyed lovely coffee and cakes. THANK YOU AGAIN!
We ate here last week went for the jacket potato as it seemed the best value. They weren't that big only lukewarm and the filling description was misleading as it read char grilled vegetables, olive sauce and feta cheese. However the vegetables were actually in the sauce and not very many at that. Spoke to the assistant who showed me the sauce which was for sale in store. She offered a refund. Definitely not worth £4:99p.
