This is the worst Subway that I have every ordered from. The staff was not friendly. The service was terrible. We ordered 3 sandwiches and all 3 were ice cold when we got them to the house and we literally live 2 minutes away. I called immediately to tell the staff that the meat on EVERY sandwich was cold, he told me that he couldn’t replace them on a later date unless he had the bad product but like most ppl I was headed out of town and didn’t have time, which nicely explained to him but he could careless. All he offered me was his manager’s number which I’m NEVER calling because it is his job to rectify the situation especially since it was his SUBWAYS mistake and not mine!!!! Due to their HORRIBLE customer service I recommend that NOBODY go there ever in life! FYI there they had no pickles and their ice machine has been broken for nearly a month!!! Like who owns a restaurant like this??? My house runs better than this!
Loud shout out to the team working on October 7. 40 boxed lunches in under 90 minutes due to another Subway mishap. I can't sing your praises enough! Thank you for helping make my daughter's wedding rehearsal a success.
I the simplest of sandwiches about once a week. Every time, the person working fails to read the special instructions from the app. This isn’t rocket science. It’s sandwich making. I have had to request refunds, ask for the manager. It always the same response “I didn’t see the special instructions. Do you want the sauce on the side?” No, I want a fresh sandwich with all of my ingredients. I have even tried a different location up the street to have the same results. Because these two stores share employees. Subway, get it together!
They do not require masks in this store. The employees don’t even wear masks.I just wish people in this town cared about other people. I’ve gone to this subway a few times during the pandemic. Often I had to wait in my car watching customer after customer go in without a mask until everyone was gone so I felt safe enough to enter. Today I walked in and neither employee was wearing a mask. I just don’t feel safe and had to leave and won’t be coming back. The UK variant is the dominant variant in the US now. It’s deadlier and spreads easier. I guess the people in the restaurant have had the fortune of not losing a loved one yet. I would just say if you’re high risk and haven’t got a vaccine yet skip this restaurant. It’s not worth the risk.
