I asked the person who served me a refund, but was rejected. then I wrote to the customer service, who also refused to do anything other than to say, I'm sorry. I've got the same time as the plague.
This Subway location allows employees to fill sandwiches with incorrect fillings. There is no offer of a refund or replacement when errors occur, whether ordering in person or through a delivery app. It was a frustrating and costly experience at the Southchurch Southend Subway. The staff offered a free cookie as compensation, but no apologies were given for the mistakes made.
Subway southend has a large team of employees nothing is much effort for them. from order to collection, the process is simple and they will not be disappointed with eating.
The staff at this Subway are extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. They consistently serve up delicious sandwiches with ease.
This is the 3rd time I have been to the southend subeay and I have to say again the services was terrible. I have been to others stores ie basikdon and southend are extremely stingy with the salads and yest they charge the same as...other stores but other stores give u value for money. I will not be attending that store again and wl be putting in an offical complaint.Also the guy was very rude and made me feel like I was inconveiencing him.
