Casper Fry - Spokane

If you immerse yourself in the atmosphere and the service. The food is southern fried kindness. Very recommended.

The four of us had catfish po’boy , skillet Mac and cheese, and the altamont burger. All were claimed to be good. Service was excellent. Also able to get an appetizer that wasn’t on the menu. Good southern style comfort food. Will eat here again,

First time time in, walked in at 5:30 or so and got seated quickly. I enjoyed the shrimp and grits and my drinks. My date had the blackened catfish, and substituted the side for regular fries, which prompted some ribbing from our server. Would definitely like to come in again.

Cajun cuisine in Spokane! Tasty food items including fried green tomatoes, skillet Mac and cheese, and of course jambalaya. Even the side Caesar salad had a southern twist with cornbread croutons...delicious! Full bar with great cocktails. Very cozy feel in an old brick building in a quiet neighborhood. Would go back.

We went to the Inlander Restaurant Week at 4 a.m. and they found us a table that we could easily fit our stroller. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the food. Every bite was amazing. The atmosphere is not to be missed either.
