Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe visited La Ginestra as a large family group with young children in tow. The facilities for children were first class and they played for long periods in the restaurant's playground. The food was exquisite, the pizza was the best I tasted in Italy. I could not recommend this venue more highly. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke English. The cost was very reasonable, all in all a very satisfying experience. Also lots of free parking available on site.
After having returned to our home in Umbria after a 1-year assignment in the U.S., going out for pizza at La Ginestra was a real treat. This was our first time there and we had dinner with a number of colleagues and their children. This restaurant is known for its thin crust pizza and we weren't disappointed. They serve a good pizza. The ingredients are local, fresh and the pizzas aren't loaded with a million toppings (so common in the U.S. . If you're in Umbria near Spoleto and you want to treat yourselves to good pizza, La Ginestra is the place.
After 5 days of sumptuous dining and wine tasting, what we all wanted was a simple pizza in a charming setting. That is exactly what we got at this beautiful family spot. Highly recommended. Great for families with kids with places indoors and outdoors for the little ones to run off and play while the rest enjoy fantastic pizzas. Our gluten free friends rejoiced to have their own pizzas too.
Good pizza, wide choice. the menu presents food in a fun and imaginative way. to be revisited to taste all the repertoire of pizzas
