Parking is awful. App order wasn’t even on the shelf when I arrived at the designated time. Had to ask for my drink cup. Then once I got back to my work to eat my sub was wrong. I will never set foot in this subway again and I recommend others avoid it as well. Terrible service.
The young man waiting on me needs more training in customer service and how to make sandwiches as well as appearance (no hair hanging all over the face and moe importantly OVER FOOD with no net). Will not return to this location I-45 and Cypresswood.
I placed an order in the app and about 5 minutes later I get a text from a random number asking if I had ordered from subway, I responded yes and immediately called the restaurant to figure out what was going on. They told me that because the phone number associated wasn’t from the same town they assumed it to be fraud and canceled the order. They said they called but I have unknown numbers silenced so I had no idea, plus I’ve never had to verify my identity to order a sandwich so I never would have thought to check. I was told that the food was made but I would need to pay for it again. I had used a discount to get as much as possible for my family and I and didn’t have the money to order again. I offered to pay again if I could get a slight discount and the manager just told me “take the food or don’t but you need to repay” it was so rude and humiliating. There was never an apology or an attempt to make the situation better. The manager was just rude for absolutely no reason after cancelling my order because I didn’t immediately call back.
Dide had an attitude on this day 1/14/23 long hair just rude. It was around 9:10
