Table service seemed to be good. Meaning server not bartender. Both bartenders very unfriendly. In their defense it was busy but a smile, or welcome or any kind of personal attention is nice. When they talked to each other they laughed and smiled. So Iknow they can. But every guest not just us was not receiving any type of friendliness. Manager very cold. Not really concernedabout customers. Only staff. If you go sit at table or go somewhere where staff maybe likes their guests

Not great honestly, there for 20 minutes before we got order taken, 30 minutes for food. Personally It didn't look to busy but who am I to say. They asked us how we wanted our burgers cooked, which I'm not sure why since we asked for medium. We got welldone. Wrongs sides, with no seasoning. Even the burger was wqs tasteless. For the price I would have rather cooked myself. Severwas friendly but that about it. Left dissatisfied and hungry.

I recommend making a large order well in advance. They have late pick-up times, and the place seems consistently crowded. Unfortunately, when I asked the manager about this, they were quite rude.

It took about ten minutes before the manager finally came to explain the situation, which I felt should have happened much sooner. Meanwhile, the customers who mistakenly got our food were laughing about it, making the whole experience even more frustrating. When their wings finally arrived, they even asked the server to take them back. Overall, it was not a pleasant dining experience.

I waited there until the young lady and the man concluded their conversation.
