I said Mayo. He said yeah I will put the other toppings then mayo. I said I would like mayo first please (as I likeMayo on the actual bread not smooshed into the middle) he said no I like making it like this. I couldn’t belive he really was refusing to make my sandwich how I want. How stupid for a small request. So I finished telling him salt and pepper and he put the mayo in the middle not on the bread and I hate it that way. Didn’t eat it. Wasted $12.Some people like it for texture issues and for a employee to refuse to make a sandwich the way a customer likes it , it’s ridiculous over mayo.
Ordered $40 worth of food off website for delivery and it was never delivered. 2 different phone number listed for this store, one of which is discounted, and the other rings 4 or 5 times before the employees pick up and hang up. This store is impossible to get in contact with. Very upset. Zero customer support
The worst Subway I have ever been to. Ordered online with the app. Ordered a footlong special I think called the Monster for my husband which has double meat, steak and bacon plus wanted deluxe meat on top of that which is a few extra dollars. I ordered a footlong Mexicali, chicken, bacon, cheese, and avocado. Walked in at time time the order said it would me ready. They were working on then. I saw 1 footlong and 1, 6 . While he was making these two sandwiches he stopped at least 3 times to do something else. When he finally pulled them out of the oven. He didn't put any avacado on my sandwich and there was still only a 6 for my husband. He bagged them up and was here you go. I said that's not my order and was he snap at me like yes it is. I said I had 2 footlongs and there was no avocado on the chicken. He got an attitude with me again and was like well I wasn't done. So he mad another 6 inch for the other half of my husband. I said my chicken still doesn't have avacado on it. NOW I KNOW NOT TO EVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. I am so tired of the cost of food going up and the quality, quantity, and customer service has dropped dramatically. Pretty sure the man I was dealing with was the owner of this place to. No excuse to not know how to make the sandwiches.
Stopped in at 6:30 pm, Monday night. Not too busy and there were two young men ready to wait on me. I said I had a coupon for three footlongs and they both jumped right in and started to make the subs. They were very quick and it took them about 10 minutes for the whole process. I was definitely impressed. I will return. (With a coupon.
It's always clean and has a friendly efficient staff. They give good veggie portions without having to constantly ask for more.
