Bertucci's - Springfield

The food was good and the service was ok. It was not busy but it took a while to see our wait staff for drink refills or additional bread.

The Italian food was one of the worst. I think most people come for the pizza. I enjoy new experiences and that's what this was. I probably will not come back. The server was nice though!

My family and I ordered food but my food didn't come out until everyone was already finished eating.

It took an hour to get appetizers. And when we got our food 30 minutes after that it had no flavor what so ever. They gave me a dirty bowl. It was cheese stuck on the outside of it. Never again
