Kondu - State College

I visited Kondu in August of this year and decided to try the chicken fried rice based on a previous review. While the portion size was very generous, I found the food to be unfortunately bland and hard to enjoy. I politely asked for some sauce or vegetables to enhance the flavor, but my request was initially denied. After some persuasion, I was allowed to pay an additional $7 for a container of sautéed vegetables, hoping to salvage my meal. Sadly, it didn’t make much of a difference. The young man working there kindly suggested I might prefer the Teppanyaki next time, but due to my unsatisfactory experience with both the food and the service, I haven't returned yet.

Delicious!! The food was outstanding! I ordered a make-your-own roll and informed them about my allergy—they thoroughly checked every ingredient. The bubble fruit tea was also fantastic! I chose it half sweet, and it was just right for me. This place is allergy-friendly, making it an excellent option for those who are plant-based or vegan.

The sushi bowls and sushi burritos at this restaurant are outstanding. They're prepared with fresh ingredients and are incredibly delicious. Unlike many places, they don’t overload the bowls and burritos with rice. On the other hand, the udon noodles resemble a Chinese stir-fry style and were a bit too salty for my liking. The boba tea was average. Overall, I highly recommend this place for their sushi bowls and burritos.

The chicken fried rice here is outstanding, and they serve the best bubble tea in the city. The service is consistently prompt, and their COVID safety measures are top-notch.

This is the place to get not only great hibachi style entrees, but also the best boba tee with the beads on the lower side, but also large selections like honey due melone, mango, blueberry etc. there is sweat and looking! You'll find yourself if you want another one! Do not even think about going to mr. wish. they do not even serve the welding.
