Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe’ve come to eat late after work a few times over the past few months. Arrived around 9:45p and they close at 11pm on Friday’s. Each time we’ve experienced poor customer service and the food has been cold, lukewarm, or not fully cooked.Last night we waited over 10 minutes just to be greeted by a waiter and get a drink order taken and the restaurant wasn’t that busy.. during that time staff was fooling around and laughing in the kitchen behind us, I guess they did not notice we were waiting..Food was lukewarm and it took longer than necessary to wait for just salad and breadsticks (that’s all we ordered). We look forward to having a hot bowl of soup on a cold night after a long day and it was not even hot. The spinach was still fresh and not cooked into the soup, just kind of thrown in. I don’t even remember finding chicken in the chicken and gnocchi soup. The waiter explained that they had to make the soup themselves that late at night but there’s still an hour until close. Seems the staff tried to close up shop early (when the restaurant still had many people in it) and they don’t deliver the same customer service experience during the last hour they are open as they do during the entire day.Waiter seemed to try to rush us by clearing the table while one of our family members was still finishing her meal..A previous visit we had a moody waitress who did not even smile and seemed unamused to be there and it made us feel like a bother. Please just close your restaurant at 10 or earlier if you’re going to to do this to customers who come in during the later hours.
I had a very unexpected experience here on my birthday. I was alone and sad, but 3 lovely, kind employees, Marina, Amy, and Kayla, turned my depressing visit into proof that good people exist . They treated me like a queen, and the food, too, was excellent! Thank you for hiring such caring staff! This will be an unforgettable day of my life.
My friends and I came in around 10 last night, everyone was super sweet. Our waiter Mike was an absolute delight! He checked on us regularly, and notified us there was a slight delay since they were experience a late night rush. Although our food still came pretty quick. Give this man a raise! Thank you mike for such a great late night special!
After a long day of traveling, I was seeking a warm tasty bowl of soup. Olive Garden was the one the few places that a soup that I could recognize. Not feeling too social, I requested a table in a closed section. Jasmine was kind enough to accept me as a table. I ordered 2 bowls of minestrone soup and a new entree called chicken marsala fettuccine with spinach. It was delicious! The chicken was grilled, moist and well seasoned. Splendid entree served by a very efficient, warm and effective server. Jasmine should be commended for her passion and dedication to her craft.
We put our name on the waitlist and were told a 20 minute wait. After 45 mins and multiple parties of equal or more people being sat before us even though they came in after us, we talked to the host and they sat us right away. We waited at our table for nearly ten minutes to be greeted by our server. Our serve then got our order wrong and we had to send the food back. Server didn't bring refills for drinks after multiple requests. Server also didn't bring a to go box after multiple requests. Not to mention the food was not great, I ordered chicken parm and it was completely soggy. Do not recommend unfortunately.
