I am eating dominos since a long time and Hylan boulevard pizza has improved a lot since last year and yesterday itwas beyond tasty. I always rated the Richmond avenue dominos as the top one in the past but since 8 months Hylan dominos is #1and Richmond avenue dominos has poor customer service and poor pizza.Hylan boulevard dominos is best . I recommend it toeveryone who?s looking to order a dominos pie. U must go to Hylan boulevard . Customer service is also ???? great
If I could give zero starts, I would. This location deserves negative stars for just how terrible they are. The customer service is trash and the food is right there with it. They deliver garbage food and never compensate for the issues. They just keep youon hold until you hang up.
I received 3 cold pies today, after the estimated delivery time of course, and the location was toying with the tracker. The tracker vs text message updates showed different information at different times. But this is not predominantly where the issuelies. When the delivery driver Sanjay arrived, I walked to the front yard from the back yard to meet him at the front gate asthe order notes stated. He brought the food over, refused to give it to me, and actually rested the food on my front gate, whilearguing whether I own the house. What does owning the house have to do with placing the order? I live here. I placed the order.And I've ordered from this location numerous times this year and never experienced this before. I'm literally on my property,and he is resting my food on my property while refusing to give it to me because he didn't believe it was mine. What sense doesthat make? Sanjay is probably racist because although I told him the order notes, and called him by name, he still refused togive the food. How else would I know this information? He argued with me for at least 5 minutes on whether I was indeed theperson who actually ordered the pizza. Anyway, I tried calling the location we ordered from. I called the location I orderedfrom numerous times and they have not picked up. So I reached out to corporate. Don?t leave a tip beforehand like I did! Not atthis location. They don?t deserve it.
Well the driver Hui was a real piece of work, I explained to him I had a newborn baby at home and I would buzz him in, he immediately started yelling and refused, I asked my kind neighbor who is also a friend to watch my newborn while I go, thedriver made me walk, was very rude and handed me pizza and soda out his driver window. So unprofessional, the whole experiencewith this guy. The food was delicious though ???? thank the lord for that.
