Subway - Staunton

I'm in this area for work quite a bit and will definitely not be visiting this Subway location again. This is a nice, clean subway in a good location but the service is an issue. I get a veggie only sandwich, and asked for extra pickes and banana peppers. The lady at the counter gave me maybe 5 banana peppers and 10 olives. I offered to pay extra for extra veggies, as the veggies were the only thing going on the sandwich. The lady responded that this was not an option and was very cold to me the remainder of my time there. If I'm paying $10 for a sandwich with literally only vegetables on it, why am I only getting 5 or 10 small vegetables? I've literally never had this problem at any other subway location, and I've been to literally hundreds.

Corporate office mails out coupons but they won't honor them. The question is why?

Is it seriously a pre-requisite that you have to be rude/unfriendly to work at this subway?!?! Not only were they rude, told me I couldn’t order on the app to get a BOGO footlong because it was 8:30!!! Seriously?!?! Still a half hour left before you even close.
