Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI was there at the beginning of September with my boyfriend. The hotel itself is very nice, large swimming pool and very close to the public beach, which is also very beautiful, more than the beach itself for the sea. I was satisfied with the cleaning, in fact our cleaning lady was even too good and quick. The food was overall quite good, especially the Italian chef's pasta, nice that each dinner had a different theme. For drinking, only glasses can be filled, not bottles or jugs. The jug is a shortcoming that needs to be resolved, because in a 5-star hotel I expect not to have to get up from the table every time I finish drinking. The private cove is a bit abandoned and in fact no one ever stays there. The animation guys are very good and involve without being intrusive. The excursion to Chora at night and Portara is very nice. Rooms: Our superior room was beautiful, with a terrace overlooking the garden and an equally beautiful stone bathroom. The daily cleaning of the room was impeccable. Nearby activities: There isn't much to do nearby, except a small village that can be reached in 10/15 minutes on foot. For the rest there are excursions offered by the hotel. Food drinks: The food is acceptable, especially the pita at the Greek dinner is good. The downside to drinking is that you have to get up all the time to fill your glass. Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Quiet
Located on perhaps the most beautiful seaside point of the whole island, it is a fairly well-kept hotel, but, probably due to Covid, it seems they have saved money. Very efficient Greek staff. Bar (with strange hours that turns everything off at 12.00am with only one person serving, and everyone sleeping..pool that closes at 6.00pm So-so cuisine with some good things, but others that absolutely need to be reviewed (tagliatelle with bacon and cheese were actually tortiglioni rigati al oven(???!!! no jugs for drinking, but above all an Italian Chef (Max with his own imagination about pasta (with spinach? chicken and curry? . Animation present with a lot of desire but young without experience. They lack a more expert figure who can direct and coordinate them. No entertainment, no Deejay... mid-August in a club in the village with nothing special in the village. For excursions I recommend doing them yourself with the agencies in the village The nice thing is that on the screen at the Bar, Bravo Club videos of the same village were shown, which seemed like a completely different village in terms of animation. Then, if you write that by paying you can have a courtesy room by asking for it the day before departure , then you have to give it, don 't say that there is no availability. Instead write if available .
Family holiday the first week of September. We liked pretty much everything, the Food (Greek chef and Italian chef), the Beautiful beach below, the kindness of the staff... a particular nod to the entertainment and to Emanuele who knew how to involve without being intrusive. They were able to create a nice atmosphere even among the guests. Great team!! I personally also want to thank the property for the hospitality shown, allow me to say, typical Greek. Walkability: The beach is very close Food drinks: Excellent food from all points of view Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Kid-friendly
The hotel 's private beach (Caletta) is dirty, the public beach (Agios Prokopios) is a little further away but breathtaking: the sea is clean, clear, calm and blue green (I attach photos). Restaurant: leaves something to be desired. Being a 5 star hotel, we didn 't expect there to be a lack of coffee (there is only the substitute machine, which no one drinks and even the entertainers offer guests an excursion on foot into the village every day to have coffee at the bar, at payment €2). Nutella or any copy of it is also missing. For the rest there is a lot of variety of food on the buffet, many pies and pies and many spices/garlic/onion (practically everywhere). Fake all inclusive: you cannot eat or nibble all day, but only during the restricted times of the 3 meals. Ice cream from 10am to 6pm inedible, it looks like chewing gum. Rooms: very large and excellent daily cleaning. Beach service: non existent. The sunbeds on Prokopios beach are never put away or tidied up at the end of the day, and the sand is full of cigarette butts. Overall, therefore, we applaud the sea, which is one of the most beautiful we have ever seen, and encourage the structure because there is still a lot to improve, especially for a 5 star hotel.
