Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe had our wedding there and everything was perfect. The staff was super helpful with always answering emails and someone was there to help us with our questions while decorating and cleaning. The food was great and the rain room was exactly what we wanted! The room was big enough and everything looked perfect. I can't thank them enough.
It was a beautiful place. It was really small. I liked the chandeliers in the hallway. The food was really good.
My little cousin was recently married here on 4/22/2022 and it was the most beautiful wedding ceremony I had in a very long time. I can't wait to book my wedding here!
My parents were married 50 years ago in the Philippines. We (my sister's brother celebrated on Saturday, 26. October 2019 her 50th anniversary at the Grand Ballroom in Michaud with nearly 300 guests. Christine Cicco Doris Cooke were our event coordinators. Doris Christine had answers to any question we had. They were always available option, made recommendations and even told us when something seemed unnecessary. They were a pleasure working on it. Very professional and friendly. They realized that this was not just another party. How many 50. You were wedding anniversary too? We chose Buffet D 'Elegance with two Entrees 3 pages, served salads at the tables, head table served family style, ivory linen, gold napkins, podium, table numbers, room-wide champagne toast bottles opened and at tables, cutting plate complete cake, and 6 pub table with linen. The Grand Ballroom was not booked on Friday, so we were allowed to set up our decorations, dj equipment and our alcohol on the day before. That was an enormous stress relief. We didn't have to worry about setting up the day of the event. The hall was spectacular. My parents were overwhelmed, as everything looked, the layout and the decorations. Debbie Smith was our banquet manager. The opening ceremony went long because the preacher did not stop talking (not Michaud's fault). Debbie coordinated me so that the rest of the night was running smoothly. After the opening ceremony had ended, Debbie and the rest of her crew shook the bread and salads as soon as possible to the hungry guests. She constantly saw me walking around to the videographer, photographer, etc. and expressed concern that I should take something to dinner. How thoughtful. She chased me several times at night to check if everything goes smoothly and how I did it. The food was great. We got delicately cut top round in demi glamour with horseradish, baked boneless parmesan combated chicken breast with delicate lemon piccata sauce on the side. The accompaniments were fluffy potatoes, penne marinara and seasoned green beans. After dinner, freshly baked, sorted biscuits and gourmet bakeries were available. The bartenders kept the drinks flowing. There were never a long number of people waiting at the bar. After our first round, the bartenders always had guns for us. The bathrooms were clean. I have no complaints from someone about everything. Almost every guest pointed out how everything looked like the top notch selection of the place. The employees of Michaud helped me, my parents the 50. To give wedding anniversary they deserved. I can't thank them enough. My sister told me I should have divorced so I could get married again and have my recording here.
Had my wedding here last night and could not be happier with everyone here! Donna, Christine and Debbie are absolute angels and we’re so accommodating to us. The venue itself is beautiful, we had the ballroom and got so many compliments on how gorgeous it was. The food was delicious and the whole staff made everything run smoothly. If you are looking for a beautiful, affordable venue, you have to check them out! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Donna for going above and beyond for our special day!
