"There 's no denying the location is dated and the property layout is horrible, but it 's been that way as long as I can remember. The staff is friendly, relatively young now (I would assume most are students working for the franchise owner), they are polite, friendly and on-task. The restaurant looked clean and elderly patrons didn 't seem to mind eating there. I 've only had their coffee and donuts so far. Their coffee is fairly standard but doesn 't taste quite as good as competitors like McDonalds or Tim Hortons coffee (I 'm not a big fan of Tims). Their donuts are fairly middle-of-the-road as well but make sure you get them fresh or they can be quite dry. I don 't think they have the same standard of a fresh pot every 30 minutes or anything. Overall, I understand why Country Style has never really taken off here in Sudbury. Maybe a better location with a fresh coat of paint would help refresh the image we have in our heads for the neglected stepchild of Sudbury breakfast restaurants. I 've always been a fan of the retro brown/orange color palette."

"Often when I look with family and friends, I recommend that we go to my thai palace. I'm really glad they also have a location in north bay. the service is always friendly and helpful. because they do not serve vegan options, and oyster sauce be sure to ask the very friendly staff to have their meal vegan made. they have a special menu at both Sudbury locations that lists what can and cannot be made vegan. the cocosnus sticky is amazing. it is nice to know in sudbury they have vegan options that are not hummus. I recommend the tamarind tofu if they want something sweet, and the basil tofu if they want something savory."

"Ordered a combo meal and while in line waiting, I decided on a smoothie as well so I ordered and paid for that too. The young girl making my smoothie was doing a great job, until she spilled my smoothie all over her gloves and then proceeded to stick her gloved hands into the garbage container beside the grill and shake off and wipe off the smoothie from her gloves as best as she could. And then she went BACK to making my smoothie with the SAME GLOVES THAT SHE JUST PUT INSIDE THE GARBAGE CONTAINER. Not impressed. Will not be going back to that location. I’ve worked in the food industry a long time and that is just unacceptable behaviour in terms of cleanliness and food safety."
