Swiss Chalet - Sudbury

Silvester meal, huh was dry! white meat and dark meat! They ran out of butter so they don't exclude it with our food! but didn't tell us. we had to eat dry baked potato and dry rolls! completely unacceptable! Swiss...chalet should monitor her business for bad quality eating and cooking! I will not give any more drink before I receive meal

I have been disappointed several times by this Swiss chalet, but like swiss chalet I give them chance again and again. Unfortunately, my latest delivery order was a disappointment again. I ordered a quarter of the evening dinner with sides caesar and cajun perogies. the salad...was definitiw not fresh the salat was brownish and devastated. the perogies came with acidic sawn cuts instead cajun acidic sawn and worse from all no chalet sauce! I will think twice before I ordered this swiss chalet again.

We love Swiss Chalet, it's a standard go-to in our family. Normally the chicken is tender and succulent, however, when I picked up our family dinner on Monday, March 2, it was not a good experience. We are in Sudbury for some medical reasons and...wanted to take dinner back to our hotel. When I walked into the take out section of the restaurant, no one was around, I had to ring the bell 3 times before someone showed up. After ordering the family meal, it was not a long wait. The gentleman who served me was friendly. As we were in hotel accommodations, I asked for plates and cutlery and was told sure, no problem, however we received the standard package of fork, knife and napkin, but no plates, no salt or pepper even. The chicken was dry...the breast was not even edible. The fries and salad were fine, but the buns were on the stale side. Had this been around the corner and I was not dealing with an unhealthy person, I would have taken this meal back.

Tasty and tender BBQ chicken and love that they have Green Beans as a side option they're my favorite and go so well with any chicken meal. Also love that they have weight watcher point meals, I haven't tried them thus wasn't dieting at the...time but looking forward to it.

Very disappointed by the chicken pancake. we arrived at 07:30 in sudbury. we were very tired, so decided that we get Swiss chalet, as it directly opposite from our hotel on regent st. I went in and set ours. order for the departure. you said it would take about 10 or 15 minutes, as the chicken potcake lasts longer. 25 minutes later our order was finished. no complain if the order was acceptable, except only a part of the order was cooked. my man had the chicken sandwich, not complaining. I had the chicken pot cake, unfortunately it was hardly warm and the crust was not boiled. the crust was not even slightly browned and parts of the crust were raw. very disappointing after a long day. I tried to call the restaurant a few times before closing the time, but every time it sounded as if the phone was answered and separated.
