We tried the cheesecake, mango and black bean flavors. The shaved ice desserts are tasty. Place could use an upgrade to make the experience better.

The person working behind the counter was on the phone and didn't pay attention to the customers waiting in line. I ordered the mango bingsoo and Oreo bingsoo, but both were flavorless - just shaved ice and canned diced mango. I'm sorry to say it wasn't worth it.

Avoid ordering the cheesecake at this restaurant. It tastes like plain milk with no discernible flavor.

The taste was disappointing. I ordered a red bean bingsu but it had black beans and syrup instead of canned milk, and no ice cream. The dish looked new but the taste was lacking. I had a negative experience here and would not recommend it.

My kids and I got there at 7:30pm. They close at 8:00pm. The guy there said it's only takeout option now so we ended up doing that since my kids were really looking forward to it. Told him we can eat quickly but he said no and it's only take out. It's pretty poor customer service and poor business etiquette. We did half flavors and I can't believe it cost more since they're not adding more fruits, rather reducing one of them to put a 2nd flavor of fruit in. The experience of it was definitely not the same when you take it home to eat. And as mentioned from a previous reviewer....also no whip cream on top.Fair to say I will not being giving them any more business.
